High Intensity Interval Training. Classes are short and sweet and for a very good reason ( classes usually last for a minimum of 30 minutes to a maximum of 40 minutes ). Class is a full cardiovascular class that involves short periods of anaerobic exercises with less intense recovery periods. It improves VO2 max, reduces body mass, and increases strength and endurance whether cardiovascular or muscular. Adaptations and low impact versions can be given. Tough class but as soon as you start its time to finish.
