Step n lbt. Bewellfit is excited to announce that we are bringing back an old favourite of the fitness world. Step and lbt combined. This class is designed to raise the heart rate into a fat burning zone by using simple step movements to build strength and conditioning in the legs and glutes, followed by floor work to target those problem areas. Great for those looking for something abit more low impact or returning to exercise after a break.
