BEWELLFIT is proud to introduce Adele who will teaching Aerial Hoop.
Aerial Hoop is a large metal ring much like a hula hoop that is suspended from the ceiling or A frame. It is a full body workout and you will build strength in your arms, shoulders and upper body, it is a fantastic way to strengthen your core.
You will also see improvements in your flexibility, balance and coordination as you slowly begin to contort your body to new poses.
