An effective and exciting approach to the more traditional form of Yoga. It aims to work mind and body by using strengthening poses and linking them together to form a series of poses that challenge the mind and body.
Unlike traditional Yoga, fitness yoga is very westernised and does not focus on breathe and relaxation but building strength and challenging the body and the mind to its full capacity. Class participates are always amazed how far they can push their body inducing feelings of euphoria.
