AERIAL YOGA WORKSHOPS

We at BEWELLFIT offer aerial yoga as part of our programme and classes are bookable via our booking system. However, these are main stream classes and progression maybe restricted due to new particiapates attending these classes.

 

We do offer 6 week courses at 1 hour each these are held on Mondays, Saturdays and Sundays. We take up to a maximum of 4 people in each class....therefore keeping the classes small and offering the maximum progression.

 

We also offer workshops which can be booked by email or phone. Please check the website for booking details. These workshops can be 1 hour, 1.30 hours or even 2 hours. So if you have a group of friends and what to try something different then come along. Workshops tend to be held at weekends but can be during the week at the discretion of the instructor.

 

All workshops are held at either Christ Apostolic Churchor Icklesham Village Hall. This is due to storage of frames and the permission of the studios.

 

The FEE FOR A 6 WEEK COURSE is £42.00 and is made payable in full before the course begins. If you wish to cancel then providing it is cancelled before the start date ( more than 24 hours notice ) a refund will be given...if cancelled during the 6 week course then NO refund can be given as the premises had to be paid for in advance and the instructor has to be paid for.

 

The FEE FOR WORKSHOPS IS £30.00 per hour, £45.00 for 1.30 hour, £60.00 for 2 hours.

All workshops need to booked and confirmed. Payment can be made on the day and at the time of the workshop. If you wish to cancel the workshop then please give as much notice as possible as the frames take time to assemble. Also the premises need to booked and the instuctor paid.

Cant make a class or a time that suits...we offer small group classes.  So get a group of friends together and we can do a class just for you and your friends.   Fee is £25.00 per hour which is spilt between how many is the group.

I.E five friends would be £5 each.
